How it works
ON-SITE MOBILE SERVICE - Call for an appointment, 6 knives (or combination of knives, scissors and garden tools) minimum for mobile visits, travel fee to some SF Bay cities includes your first knife sharpened free. Save by getting your friends and family items together for a group sharpening! (See below for more details about how to save!)
MAIL-IN SERVICE - No minimum, return postage is $5 for most orders, waived with mail-in orders of 10 or more items. Click the link for a ready-to-go mailing label and order form. Call us with any questions you may have about how to use our service or to buy cutlery.

Please note, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, and/or injury due to any of our services or products purchased. All sharpening is completed at the customer's own risk. We do not sharpen on-site in the rain. During periods of inclement weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. All prices subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:
Scheduled appointments require 24 hours advance notice!
If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment to another customer. There is a charge for appointments not cancelled in advance and no-shows; the 6-item sharpening minimum charge and travel fee become due and payable, due to the inconvenience caused to our technicians as well as travel expenses. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
